Since you now own a little of King's Creek Plantation, now you have your own "Home Page" here in Williamsburg. We hope this collection of information will assist in making your stays at King's Creek an exceptional experience.

Vacation Tip: Mark your calendar for January 1st every year to reserve your week assignments! Reservations can be made one year in advance. Whether you plan to vacation at King's Creek Plantation, exchange your week or bank your week, you must first reserve your week! (HOA dues must be paid prior to reserving your week.)

Exchange for another destination or exchange for a cruise

Make your destination or cruise reservation once your HOA dues are paid. Mark your calendar for January 1st to make your reservation as soon as possible.

Q. Who do I contact if I have questions about my ownership?

A. The Owner Services Department at 1-866-228-6796.

Q. What are the hours of operation for Owner Services?

A. Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm ET, except for holidays when the office is closed.

Q. What should I do if I would like to stay at King's Creek Plantation in Williamsburg?

A. Call your friendly Owner Services Department with the dates you would like to stay, and they will set up your reservations.

Q. Will I be able to reserve the dates I have requested?

A. Reservations are based upon availability, unless you own a fixed week, so the earlier you make your request the better your chances will be.

Q. When should I call to make my reservations?

A. As soon as the maintenance fee for the year requested has been paid in full. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance.

Q. Who do I contact to deposit my weeks with RCI, II, or ICE?

A. The Owner Services Department at 1-866-228-6796.

Q. What is the next step after depositing my weeks?

A. Contact RCI, II, or ICE directly and they will assist you with your search.

Q. How do I put my unit up for rental?

A. Call the Owner Services Department to have your weeks placed in our rental pool. The pool is based on a first come first served basis and we hold the right to close the pool at our discretion based upon the demand for rentals each year.

Q. As an owner I have the option to use a weekend getaway at King's Creek. How do I make the reservations?

A. Reservations can be made for a minimum of 3 nights or a maximum of 7 nights. As an owner, rates start at $59 per night for a 1-bedroom unit and start at $109 per night for a 2-bedroom unit; additional $20 per night for The Estates. Monday check-in special: buy stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night free (not valid week of Easter or during Summer time frame). Reservations may be reserved up to 365 days in advance. For summer or holiday reservations, we recommend requests be made at least 90 days in advance. Payment is required when making the reservation and there is a no cancellation and no refund policy. Getaway reservations are based strictly upon availability. Please call 757-254-8407.

Terms you might want to know...

Exchange: The trading of your week at your home resort to travel to another resort location.

Float Time: Allows you the flexibility to select and request (subject to availability) the specific week you wish to use, exchange or rent. Your week floats between January 1 & December 31 of each calendar year within the season you purchased.

Home Resort: The specific resort where you purchased your vacation ownership. Your home resort is King's Creek Plantation.

II: Interval International - an exchange network offering exchanges to resorts worldwide.

RCI: Resort Condominiums International - an exchange network offering exchanges to more than 3,000 resorts worldwide and a full-service travel company.

Spacebank: The Interval International "bank" in which you deposit your use week (week assignment) for exchange to another resort.

Week Assignment: The week you select annually to use, exchange or rent.
