RENTAL PROCEDURES
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 2010 KING’S CREEK RENTAL POOL PROGRAM CLOSED ON FEBRUARY 26, 2010.
1. In order to rent your property, maintenance fees must be paid in full. Call 1-866-228-6796 to find out about your unit and the status of its maintenance fees. You may send a check or money order for your maintenance fees along with the rental agreement mentioned in step 3. Please keep this check separate from other payments.
2. The 2011 rental pool opened March 1, 2010. Rental pool agreements are available on this page.
3. Send a $50.00 listing fee payment in the form of check or money order with the rental agreement to KCP Rental Department, 813 Diligence Drive, Suite 125, Newport News, Virginia 23606. Hand deliveries cannot be accepted. Please keep this check separate from all other payments. You will be notified by a phone call approximately 60-90 days after we receive the agreement. Please include your home and mobile phone numbers and email address.
We apologize, but we cannot accept credit cards for listing fee payments.
HELPFUL HINTS FOR 2011
- The earlier you get in the rental pool the more money you will make on your rental.
- There are 3 categories of rentals. Please call 1-877-557-3529 Mon–Thurs from 9am to 6pm and Fridays from 9am to 5pm EST for explanation on the category system.
- There will be a 30% fee to cover property rental costs.
- Checks will be disbursed between March 1, 2012 and March 31, 2012.
