WHAT IS SPINNAKER REWARDS?
Spinnaker Rewards is our loyalty program that allows Owners to earn credits they can use toward additional vacations or to offset Association Fees.
You can start earning SRCs as soon as you become a Spinnaker Owner and we track and manage your Rewards for you.

FOUR WAYS TO EARN SPINNAKER REWARDS CREDITS
1. Provide Referrals
Earn 1 to 401 SRCs per referral when you provide of names of friends or family you think may be interested in vacation ownership.
2. Share Rental Discounts
Earn 20 SRCs when you share rental rates to your friends and family for Hilton Head Island, SC; Ormond Beach, FL; or Branson, MO.
3. Friend Takes a Tour
Have even more fun on your next vacation by bringing your friends along. Earn 50 SRCs when you bring a friend along on your next stay and have them take a Spinnaker Tour.
4. Stay Longer Earn More
Earn 20 SRCs when you add on one day to your stay. Earn 150 SRCs if you rent an entire week. The longer you stay, the more you earn.
THREE WAYS TO USE SPINNAKER REWARDS CREDITS
All Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) that you earn will be recorded by Spinnaker. At any time you can convert / allocate your SRCs toward:
1. Offset / Pay Association Fees
Redeem your Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) for Association Fees.
2. Redeem For A Spinnaker Stay
Enjoy additional vacations at any Spinnaker Resort.
3. Redeem For II/RCI Vacations
Use SRCs to take a vacation through an exchange company.
Referral Program
Refer friends, family, colleagues – people you think would benefit from visiting Spinnaker Resorts and learning more about Spinnaker vacations. When you submit referrals, you will earn Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) for each activity along the way (you accumulate SRCs for each activity). You could earn a total of 401 SRCs If you refer a friend who tours a Spinnaker Resort and decides to become an Owner.
For example:
Referral Submission = 1 SRC
Referral Tour = 50 SRCs
Referral Purchase = 350 SRCs
Total 401 SRCs
You can then allocate your SRCs toward your Association Fees or redeem them for additional vacations.
How the Owner Referral Program works:
You send your referrals via the form below. We’ll contact your referrals and invite them to visit one of our resorts to learn more. For convenient record-keeping, once you submit your referrals, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the referrals that you submitted. You’ll earn Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) when they come visit and if they decide to become owners. Everyone benefits!

Whether you want to have your extended family with you, catch up with old friends or have your children’s friends along for additional vacation enjoyment, the Bring a Friend Program provides an economical solution.
Because you’ll want to keep them as friends, you’ll likely want them to have their own accommodation. The Bring a Friend Program allows you to extend the “Owners’ Only” rental discount for weekly accommodation. When planning your next vacation, contact us to request accommodation for your friends for your designated vacation week, and we’ll work to accommodate them.
Aside from the enjoyment from vacationing with your friends, you’ll receive 50 SRCs in your Rewards Account.

1 SRC = $1 credit towards HOA fee allocation.
How Do I Use My Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs)?
You can use Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) for HOA Fees or towards a future vacation. For HOA Fees, you need a minimum of 60 SRCs to redeem. Contact the Rewards Department at (888) 809-4054 for information on a future stay or review the Rewards Guide.
How Do I Redeem My Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) Towards A Future Stay?
Please send an email to rewards@spinnakerresorts.com. Provide your full name, Prospect ID#, your preferred dates of stay (provide two or three options of stay since booking is based on availability) and the name of the resort. The Rewards Department will review your request then forward to Owner Services/Reservations Department for further review. Owners Services will contact you regarding your request.
How Do I Set Up An Exchange Vacation?
To take a RCI or II Exchange Week, send a request to rewards@spinnakerresorts.com and we will review and forward your request to Owner Services/Reservations Department and Owner Services will contact you.
How Long Does It Take To Redeem Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) From My Rewards Account?
It can take up to 10 business days to allocate your SRCs to your account for HOA Fees. You will receive an email regarding the redemption.
Do My Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) Expire?
Yes. All SRCs expire in two years. Expect an email 5 -10 weeks prior to the expiration date and reply to rewards@spinnakerresorts.com to redeem.
How Do I Know If My Spinnaker Rewards Credits Are Applied To My Account When I Redeem Towards My HOA Fees?
Please contact Owner Services/Reservations at (877) 842-3201 and speak to the Accounting Department.

I Have More Than 5 Referrals; What Do I Do?
If you have more than 5 referrals, you can complete and submit the form multiple times.
Do I Earn Spinnaker Rewards Credits Immediately After I Submit A Referral?
No. It can take 4 weeks for you to receive Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) after a referral is submitted online or after a referral attends a scheduled in-person appointment for a tour or after referral does a walk-in tour.
Do I Earn Spinnaker Rewards Credits Immediately After My Referral Purchases A Unit?
No. You will receive Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) 90 days after your referral has purchased a unit.
What If I Don’t Know My Prospect ID#?
For security reasons, please call the Rewards Department at (888) 809-4054. You will be asked a few questions regarding your account and then you will be given your Prospect ID#.
Is There A Maximum Amount Of Referrals I Can Submit Per Year?
Yes. You may be awarded up to a maximum of 50 SRCs (per calendar year) for referral name submissions. This applies to Hilton Head, SC and Branson, MO residents only. Owners residing in the state of Florida are limited by the state law to 20 referral submissions per year.
