Choose from the Chesapeake, the York or the James—these three charming designs each come with comforting exterior details (like quaint porches and copper roofs) and interior conveniences (like Wi-Fi and flat screens). Each of our cozy cottages comes with one, two or three-bedroom combinations that accommodate anywhere from two to 10 guests. You can visit nearby attractions like Colonial Williamsburg or Busch Gardens, or choose to stay on the property and enjoy the swimming pools, activity center, jogging trails, tennis and basketball courts, and more!
The Townhomes come with the same amenities as the Cottages, but are laid out over a single-level floor plan, great for families with children and grandparents. Choose from two or four-bedroom designs that can accommodate between four and 12 people! Each suite has its own private sitting area, where you can gather at the end of the day to recap on all the fun you had out in Williamsburg. The Townes swimming pool is a summertime staple for kids and adults alike. Order snacks from the Chill Grill or cook a family dinner right here in the kitchen!
Offering anywhere from one to four bedrooms that hold between two and 14 guests, the Estates are our most spacious and luxurious vacation home option. With jetted tubs in each master bedroom, private decks, granite countertops, plus all of the amenities that can be found in the Cottages and Townes (like pillow top mattresses, plush carpet, a washer and dryer, a wet bar and gas fireplaces), you’ll feel so at home that you may not want to come home!
